Playing as a troublemaker

Worst Class Ever asks up to five players to be naughty students. They hide among dozens of NPC classmates, disguise themselves, and pull pranks when the strict teacher looks away. The full game is still a planned November 9, 2026 release, so this guide quotes the Steam role text and does not add routes or timings.

Hiding in the class

Steam’s student fantasy is disguise and evasion. Human troublemakers stand inside a crowd of NPC students. The page says to seize the moment when the teacher turns away, finish a prank, and live with the tension of being found. It describes the pleasure of the role as a mix of bold mischief and cautious hiding. That is the store’s description of the mood, not a checklist of moves.

One other player is the teacher, whose job is to spot abnormal behavior and stop the pranks. That side is on the teacher guide.

Pranks the store page names

  • Sneaking snacks. Steam’s examples are spicy strips and crisps, eaten when the teacher is not looking.
  • Passing notes. The store page calls these secret notes passed in class.
  • Using phones. Players use phones secretly during class.

The short description uses “sneak snacks,” “pass secret notes,” and “use phones secretly in class.” The longer text adds spicy strips and crisps as the snack examples. No other food is named.

Props students can use

Steam says naughty students can use smoke bombs, stun guns, drones, and other funny items. The stated uses are setting traps, creating chaos, and distracting the teacher so a catch is harder. Counts, durations, and craft recipes are not published. The props page lists the named items and the gaps beside them.

Rooms you are hiding in

Steam sends the chase through bright daily classrooms, dim evening study rooms, and fully-equipped computer labs, and it says there are more maps than those. Each classroom is said to have unique hiding spots, exclusive prank tasks, and interactive mechanisms. None of those spots or tasks are named. See maps before treating a corridor or desk as a known callout.

The lobby size on Steam is 1–6 online players, with the written cast at five students and one teacher.
